This website is made for one of the things that inspires me most, street art. I really enjoy a good piece, just from one look at some graffiti I can be inspired so I made this website that was obviously inspired by street art.

Most people see street art as vandalism and disgusting, but actually it is completely the opposite. Sure street artists do vandalise public places but the outcome is often very inspiring. Some of the graffiti covered alleys in Melbourne are actually being considered for being heritage! When only 10 years ago they were trying to get rid of the street art.

Street art isnt just traditional spray painting, there are various other types of street art. Some of these are:

  • Stencil Graffiti - Stencil graffiti is simply a stencil of the artists desired tag then sprayed onto a surface with spraypaint. The aim of using stencils is to be able reproduce the same tag over and over again and looks exactly the same.
  • Sticker Art - Sticker art is simply printing the desired tag or piece onto sticker paper. This is cheap, efficient and not messy.
  • Wheatpasting - Wheatpasting is pasting a desired image or poster to a wall. Wheatpaste is made from flour and water to create a paste like substance.
